Coach Rebecca is from Mt. Laurel, NJ where she started playing lacrosse in the 5th grade, and began training as a goalie shortly after. She played 4 years of varsity in high school, starting her sophomore through senior years and helping lead her team to two state championship appearances, winning her Junior year. She also played for the South Jersey Select (SJS) club team.
Throughout high school and college, Coach Rebecca was involved in Israel lacrosse, helping introduce the sport across the state and as a part of the Israeli U19 National Team at the 2015 U19 World Championships in Scotland.
She went on to play at the DIII collegiate level for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and is now pursuing a PhD at UT-Austin. Coach Rebecca is also the goalie coach for Texas Outlaws, and is excited to join the Lady Vipers coaching staff this year!

Coach Peck was born and raised in Austin. She started playing lacrosse in 7th grade and graduated from Westlake. From there, she played and graduated from Texas A&M. She continued on further with her education in sunny SoCal, and is now a chiropractor in Austin, specializing in athletes. When Rachel is not at work or on the field, she loves to be with friends or running. She also has a passion for adults with special needs, and tries to be involved as much as she can in the special needs ministry at Austin Ridge.

Coach Burkott started playing lacrosse in college at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. He was recruited by a member of his fraternity and helped found the first SIU men's lacrosse team. After graduation, he pursued a masters degree and continued playing lacrosse at the University of Missouri - Columbia. He and his wife, Jaime, have two girls, Piper and Zoe, who play for Lady Vipers youth lacrosse.
Hello! My name is Allee Samuel and I am super excited to start the season! I grew up in Illinois and recently moved to Texas . I discovered my love for lacrosse my junior year of High School. I loved it so much that I went to Aurora University, where I played lacrosse for all 4 years. I was a goalie and then got moved to be a defensive player. I also coached in Illinois for Players Lacrosse. I am currently teaching elementary school. I taught 3rd grade for 2 years and now am teaching kindergarten. When I am not working, I love to bake, relax with my family and dogs. I look forward to coaching your daughter(s) this season and getting to know them!
Coach McGrady was born and raised in Massachusetts, where she and her four siblings grew up playing lacrosse. Madison attended boarding school at Tabor Academy and competed on the Varsity lacrosse team her freshman - senior year. She went on to play club lacrosse at Lehigh University. After graduating from college in 2021, she moved to Austin to begin her career as a Product Development Engineer. When Madi isn't working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Coach Stevens is currently a Senior Midfielder at Vandegrift High School. She is committed to play Division 1 lacrosse at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Since she started playing lacrosse in 6th grade, she has earned awards along the way, including 2x MVP, 2x All-State, and 2021 All-American, the highest honor USA Lacrosse bestows on high school players. She was one of 19 players in the state of Texas to receive this award.
