Coach Murray– Joins Lady Vipers from St. Stephen's where she led their Varsity team to States in 2017. She has been a member of the United States Women’s National Team since 2014 and was 1 of 19 members selected for the World Cup and World Games July 2017. In 2018, she helped lead the Philadelphia Force to its first United Women's Lacrosse League (UWLX) championship in August. Established in 2016, the UWLX is distinguished as the first US women’s professional lacrosse league.

Coach Benson – As JV Coach, Rachel was a driving force in leading the JV team to an unprecedented, undefeated regular season in 2017 and becoming JV District Champions in 2018.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rachel started playing lacrosse in 8th grade. She graduated from Westlake High School in 2007 where she played varsity her freshman year and was a starter her junior and senior years.
After graduating Texas A&M, Rachel pursued a pathway to sports medicine. She graduated from chiropractic school in Southern California and in 2018, opened her own sports chiropractic clinic in Austin. When she is not working, she enjoys lifting, running, and playing with her dog, Lady.

Coach Merz – Comes to us from Long Island, New York. She played varsity lacrosse grades 8-12 for Babylon High School, earning All-County, Academic All-American & Top 100 Long Island Player recognition. She also played club for the Long Island Top Guns.
Division 1 lacrosse at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida: played every game, received All-Freshman team, Second-Team All Conference, and First-Team All-Conference accolades. Broke and currently holds program records for assists & points.
Coach Erwin – Grew up in Wilton, CT and learned to play lacrosse at a young age. Attended college at St. Louis University and earned a B.A. in elementary education. Moved to Austin summer of 2016 for a teaching position at Trinity Episcopal School where she teaches kindergarten. She is excited to combine her love of teaching and lacrosse into coaching for Lady Vipers Lacrosse!
Coach Martin – Is a San Francisco native who's been playing lacrosse since 2000. She started at the varsity level as a freshman at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory and continued at UC San Diego for the following four years. She played everywhere on the field, except as goalie. Her main position, and passion, has always defense.
At UCSD, she was the team captain for three years. She was also honored three out of the four years by the WWLL (Western Women's Lacrosse League), receiving a spot on the 2nd Team All-League, starting her freshman year. During these four years, her team went to the WWLL's Championship Weekend, with a best finish at 4th place; 12th in the nation.
She moved back to San Francisco in 2007, and started playing lacrosse again at the post-collegiate level and coached youth lacrosse.
In 2014, she moved to Austin for graduate school, a doctorate in Physical Therapy.
