Required Field Player Equipment
 
  1. Goggles:  protective eyewear that is SEI certified.  Please visit US Lacrosse for a list and FAQ's on eyewear compliance.
  2. Crosse:  Visit US Lacrosse for a list of approved lacrosse sticks.  Note that girl's sticks are different from boys.

  3. Mouthguard:   Must be a color other than clear or white.  A popular choice among high school players is the Sisu Mouth Guard.

Optional equipment
 
  1. Gloves:  must be close-fitting and comfortable while holding a stick.
  2. Headgear:  SEI certified; list can be found here. 
  3. Cleats: recommended

Except for the mouthguard, the following gear is provided by the club:
