Lady Vipers Youth Lacrosse is the feeder program for Vandegrift High School Girls’ Lacrosse. The main goal is teaching the game of lacrosse by learning and mastering basic skills.  Girls can participate in Lacrosse while playing other Spring sports.

2018 Fall Skills and Drills


Hone Your Skills or Learn The Game - 7v7 plus goalie

The program is open to players of all skill levels, grades 3 through 8.  Whether your daughter has been playing for years or just now wanting to pick up the game, we encourage you to sign up and tell a friend!  At every skill level,  clinics will focus on skill development (repetition and perfecting) and transitioning those skills in live games.  Bring mouth guard, cleats, goggles and stick.  Goggles and sticks may be available for new players to borrow.  Pinnies will be provided.

AGES:  Grades 3-8

WHERE:  Four Points Middle School

WHEN:  Saturdays 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17 from 10-11:30 am

It will include a City Tournament game at Lake Travis High School on 10/28.

Registration opens September 1 and closes on October 20th, 2018.

2019 Youth Spring Season

Required equipment consists of a girl's lacrosse stick, mouth guard, goggles, and cleats.  Goalie equipment is provided by the club (helmet, gloves, chest pad, thigh and shin pads and goalie stick).  No experience necessary.

AGES:  3 teams divided by age:  3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade

WHERE:  Four Points Middle School, lower fields

WHEN:  Practices on Sundays, 1-3 pm, in mid-February until Spring Break, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm, after Spring Break

Games are played on Saturdays & Sundays starting in late March or April.  End of the season CAPLAX Championship Tournament is hosted at Town & Country fields in mid-May.

Registration opens November 1st.  Informational meeting, recommended for new players, at River Place Country Club on January 10.   Cost to participate for Spring 2019 is $450.
